"This is a difficult question as it wasn't excellent but its bad either id say it was pleasant staffing mainly helpful one a little bit lacking in patience as I've some difficulties im remember information...i would stay herr again but the price is top end not really justified but i accept cost of living is at tough times for everyone...i would of preferred the Christmas tree and decorations been put away but they were still up on 10th January. Coffees could be better and my room didn't have tea...
