"Enjoyed another stay at the hotel. Staff helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet had good variety but need to have better tea selection especially green tea Just a few issues. One thing that needed improvement was the landscaping around the property. All flowerbeds require weeding and bushes need to be trimmed. Also the flower boxes outside the rooms were full of weeds that need to be cleaned out. The outside appearance is not a great first impression for your guests. Also heard a...

"The Briars is in a lovely location in the Jackson Point area of Georgina, ON. It is a historic property on lovely grounds. As an EV driver, I was glad that they have chargers. Staff were friendly and efficient. My room was very comfortable and clean. I would say that the property is dowdy and could use some updating. The bathrooms were functional, but could use updated fixtures. That said, I would stay again."

"Clean and cozy property. Great communication from owner. However, pictures showed a jetted tub, larger suite, and rear facing patio (which we later learned were for the larger suite next door also owned by the owners who were fabulous.) I would suggest separating the two property pictures to avoid future confusion. "

"When we were arrived, we were greeted by the owner who was cleaning our parking spot of the snow. Super friendly and wonderful check-in. The room was very quaint and clean (other than a bone under the bed). All was wonderful, other than there were very minimal receptacles, but we travel with enough cords to deal with our CPAP and Laptop. The Wi-Fi for the laptop kept dropping out, but other than that, we will most certainly stay again. "
