"The best thing about staying at this hotel is checking out of it. Despite the privileged location, at the heart of the popular business neighborhood, this hotel lacks maintenance and better conservation (rooms are old and with heavy odor of mold, mattresses are old and uncomfortable). It wouldn't hurt if the staff used a little more friendliness with the guests. They don't seem to genuinely care about our needs and requests."

"Hello please help me with a refund for this. I am unsatisfied with my stay. To begin the app was not letting me reserve and the night was 30$ I had to use my computer and then it charged me 40$. Basically 10$ more expensive just because I was not able to use the app. My app was having issues last night as I was trying to reserve a room. After hours of trying I was able to reserve this place. My room was dirty. My pillows has gum stain and the sheets had stains too on them. I have picture. There was no towels or shampoo to use for my shower. Looking forward for someone to help me with this refund thanks. "
