"They will never accommodate you on an early check-in or late check-out. It's very apparent that the hotel was once a grand hotel, but nothing is updated, rooms need repainted, windows and sliding doors need replaced and not 1 English/American tv channel to watch, but the rooms are large and spacious. It is in a good location so we continue to stay there. The dining room and buffet is also ok/average. Overall, its a decent accommodation for the price for a 4 to 5 day stay."

"There was a lot of noise during the day and in the night. There was a motor going on next to the apartment 24/7. Impossible to have a good night sleep here. The staff was not nice at all. Overall, I would not recommend it at all. There are far more options in Sao Paulo. Please don't go here."

"Very central next to the metro and nice square. Worth heading up the Italian building in the area for amazing views. We managed to check in when we arrived early which was nice. Breakfast was quite basic"
