"We stayed one night on our way in to Hilton Head Island and one night on our way out. Extremely close to airport. Very comfortable beds, checked everywhere, not a bug found anywhere! Friendly staff. Would stay here again!"

The only downfall was the parking situation. I do understand it is in downtown Savannah but we were not able to take advantage of the hotel parking behind the building and could not fit in the paid parking garage (truck too big to fit under the clearance). "Loved this hotel!! My dd and I stopped here for 1 night on the way home from a very long drive. The sheets are GLORIOUS!! Truly one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in!! VERY clean. Only issue was the free breakfast is bagels only. I’m gluten free, so this was a no-go for me. I was able to purchase hard boiled eggs from the market. Coffee is good and strong. Will definitely stay here again. "

"The place looked nice, my only concern is the jacuzzi. The water looked kind of brown, and it has some really weird steps which could be a serious fall issue for someone. Theres a gravely feel to the bottom like the grout or the rocks are falling apart which could be the reason for the brown water. The steps are really deep, best advice sit on the edge and go down slowly and carefully. The room itself was really nice, clean, compy bed, with a walk in shower. "This place was amazing, every comfortable, clean and up-to- date. The only thing I didn't like was, they refuse to provide a printed receipt at check-out because I booked thru Expedia. Never experienced this at any other hotel when booking thru 3rd party. "

"Overall it was a good stay. However, it was the “little things” that irritated me. The iron was broken, the shade were broken we lift them up and the turntable in the microwave was missing."

"Beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. Location is close to beginning of River walk.The hotel has bikes and umbrellas to use which was a big bonus as we used both. The room does have coffee but they charge you for it downstairs in morning because you have to get it from their restaurant. Wish they would have had some out in lobby for hotel guests free of charge."

"In town for a family event, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Lauri got us a last-minute dinner reservation at Allure, which was also fantastic. Will was also most helpful in getting our luggage where it needed to be. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Love the historic aspects of the hotel as well. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The property is nice, the rooms are clean, the staff is very attentive and helpful. The only issue is outside the hotel. Its located in a party area that gets loud and gritty and somewhat ghetto. But i would definitely recommend the hotel as is, its a great hotel. Just wish the area around was as good. "

"Great location that is walkable to the downtown historic district and shopping day or night. When the valet tried to bring us our car after checking out, the battery was dead. The staff went above and beyond to help us. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and upbeat our entire stay. "
