"This hotel is beautiful but has some drawbacks that made it less than ideal. The hotel is in a prime location but when we checked into our room it was oversized and smelled. There was a portable fan outside the room when we arrived. When moving to another room it was smaller. Also, in this room the sink was cracked. The valet is $50 a night and there is a destination fee around $27 a night. The lobby offered a great location for relaxing with an amazing view. The bar was lively with engaging bartenders. Overall, I’m pleased with the stay but will not return. "

"Great breakfast. Unfortunately we only had clean towels and wash cloths for one night. The second night the staff did not have clean towel or wash cloths. The front office staff said they did not have any clean towels. They did not offer to bring us clean towels. We had to reuse towels. This was very disappointing! "

"Very nice hotel. Loved the popcorn and free drinks. There were a couple of mechanical issues that were beyond their control, but the maintenance team didn’t seem to have a sense of urgency. Overall, great stay and I would definitely stay there again."

"Room was clean. The general condition of the lobby and halls was just dirty. The elevator was out of service. Things break and have to be repaired. They gave some tokens for low end cocktails that nobody would drink. I would not recommend this hotel for the price. "

"The room was old and dirty, there was a leaking from the ceiling over the toilet (it looks nasty). We decided to leave earlier than we plan. The pillows were uncomfortable , hard to sleep The elevator was old and looks likes is about to breakdown. I don’t recommend it."
