"The hotel has been renovated a few years ago. The rooms are simple with few amenities (so you’ll need bring your own kettle if you want the occasional tea) but reasonably spacious (though with a rather bland colour scheme). Had a sea facing room on the 3rd floor with a small balcony that was nice. Late-night noise from various parties, nightclubs etc, from along the seafront was sadly a persistent issue (but not the fault of the hotel) so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. "It’s a very small apartment. It’s like a hotel room with a small kitchen in the hallway. Perfect if you’re not going to spend a lot of time there and if you need a place to sleep overnight. Finding where to park in the evening is hard, you’d probably have to go around and find something near on the street. The boiler for the hot water was turned off when we came, so we had to take cold shower. I believe someone turned it off during cleaning by mistake. But we survived. The shower is a mess, as...

"Great location and Silva was a great host. She responded to inquiries and suggestions immediately. She also came over to show me how the washing machine worked. The condo it self is new and nice. The building is being repaired and there’s trash at the entrance making it seem dirty. Once inside you will be comfortable. It’s a tight space for a couple, but should be ample for one traveler. "
