"There was a fire. The alarm was very quiet. In Canada, the alarms are MUCH louder. Thus, I didn't realize for at least 10 minutes it was a fire alarm. I recommend getting a louder fire alarm. It was VERY upsetting it took me over 15 minutes to realize it was a fire alarm"

"Nice and spacious room in central location close to the historic part of town. Coffee machine in the room didn't work, friendly staff tried fixing it without success but gave me a coffee from the restaurant. I was informed parking is charged per day however I was charged for 2 nights (and 2 days) while I arrived in the evening and left early morning. "
