"Staff tried to open our door twice around 11PM while we were sleeping apparently to “check the room”. Fortunately we had the mechanical lock engaged so the door only opened slightly. Other than that no problems at all. Clean, modern hotel with great water pressure. "

There were a couple very minor issues with the room when I first checked in, but the staff resolved them right away. The check in and bar/lounge area is very comfortable and makes it feel more like a friend’s house than a hotel. Location is great with lots of food/drink options very close by. I will always stay here whenever I’m in Leuven"
