"The owner entered the room without permission and without a shirt - his usual attire- and began yelling because we turned on the heat in the kitchen (a wood stove) in order to have heat in the top floor room. He said it would cost us 10 EU per day to have heat at night. The kitchen was so filthy with a rancid greese odor we could not cook anything. The room was also very dirty. The only sink in the room was up the loft stairs next to an unusable jacuzzi tub with hand held shower and was...

"The hotel is amazing, service great and facilities excellent. We had a problem with the aircon in the room which was fixed quickly. I would say that the hotel will be due a small refurb in the next 2-3 years as a few shabby parts but I love this place."
