Being in a castle is unique by itself. First impressions were not as expected, fake flowers everywhere, a bar with a kitschy look, a spa with no pool, an outdoor area like a beer garden, it felt a bit like in an amusement park. This was a family trip, which left us pleasantly surprised about the hotel. The only negative is the cost of parking at the hotel (25 Euro per day), while there is plenty of forecourt parking space, made available only for 15 minutes, and a lot of public parking within 2 minutes walk, at 8 Euro per day.

We stayed here for 3 days and it was a great experience. Away from central Brussels craziness, yet 5 minutes from it through subway.. Subway station is around the corner. Excellent facilities, cleanlines, friendly staff who can speak about any language you throw at them.
Perfect to walk around, and safe area. Breakfast is frugal, but that's typical in European hotels anyway. Good parking.
