"Stayed for 2 nights. We booked a standard room with sofa and breakfast included. It was clean but the bed was more like a small double. Not very comfortable for 2 people. Breakfast the 1st morning was very good, self service, plenty to choose from. The 2nd morning was disorganised, a long queue on waiting on food to be replenished. A great location for the town centre. Ten minute walk to shops and transport links etc."

"Was staying on a business trip. Had a good hour of swimming in the large pool then steam room and sauna. The changing area is under renovation so was a bit confusing on how to get to the pool after changing but I am sure it will be great once completed. Had the hot tower of chicken wings and strips with nachos with a couple of beers, great food and service. Will stay again"

"Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, Friendly staff. Easy walk to the AO Arena, Arndale Shopping Centre and the Bus Station. "

"Disapppinting that there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but there was free coffee in the lobby, but that did mean we couldnt have a cuppa in bed as we would normally do when we are away. Also a bit weird that a dou le bed had 2 single duvets rather than one double. Other than that it was all ok."
