"Have stayed at this hotel before, staff are friendly, gym & pool are both very good quality, restaurant food was very good, breakfast was also nice, the rooms are beginning to need a bit of a refresh, water was not very hot at all, we had several rooms booked all had the same problem with the water. We were attending a party at the hotel the buffet was excellent "

"We stayed as we had an event at the O2. This hotel had everything we needed. Check in was quick and easy. Friendly staff. Lovely clean room. Good location."

"Newly refurbished, still a few problems. Light on desk not working, no mirror for ladies to see when drying hair but told they were arriving that day. Difficult working the shower. Had to call for assistance so need instructions on the door of how’s to turn on and off and direct to overhead or hand held. Otherwise very satisfied with the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A delicious breakfast. We have stayed there before and would so so again."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of this hotel. Really clean and well equipped. Cosy single room but with nice terrace to sit out on. Staff were exceptional and couldn’t have done more to help. Check in was the fastest I have ever encountered! Would certainly recommend and will be staying again when in the area. "

"Extremely beautiful home inside. Very clean rooms with good ameneties (shower gel, tv, iron, plenty of plug sockets). The bathroom was very clean but would benefit from a reform in the next couple of years. Very quiet room. Only downside is that the restaurant is closed on Sundays which I hadn't realised so had to pop out for food. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"This hotel is really good for its purpose. It’s a budget no frills hotel that is very clean with decent rooms. The staff are very helpful and all services work. Only negative is lack of restaurants nearby but there is a Tesco superstore. A little noisy with the window open next to the main road but close the window all good. Overall a good budget hotel within £25 Uber ride of London sights. "

"Nice and friendly staff decent size room and facilities I'm 6ft 4 and 18 stone so bed was a little small but doesn't reflect how pleasant stay was and a full breakfast as well would deffo stay again"
