"Loved the cabin! My only complaint was that the upstairs bed got hot during the night making my daughter uncomfortable. We put the fan up there the second night but it didn’t seem to help. She slept on the loveseat. Everything else we loved! "

"If you want a real getaway weekend this is the place for you. You need to be prepared to travel on some backroads but once you get to Alpine Lake it is beautiful. The internet was out almost our entire weekend and I did report to the management three times without hearing back from them. "Quiet and quaint for a true WV country feel. Close to WVU without the hustle and bustle of being downtown. Check in and check out were hassle free and easy. Great communication from the owners. Little cafe across the street is lovely. Had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again!"

"A nice cabin in a wonderful location on/around a golf resort.Getting there was quite the adventure with the rolling & windy roads.Although, portions of the house were not cleaned well prior to arriving.Nearby lake offers kayak & boat rentals.The lodge has a restaurant and indoor pool. Overall, we were pleased with this rental."
