"This property is a short cab or bus ride out of fort william. Beautiful views from room and dinning area. Although out of the centre of town dinner prices were reasonable and the food was good. We booked the bed and breakfast option and breakfast was buffet style with good options. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Felt like a castle in a small quaint town. The greeting from the beginning with a welcome drink was special. The windows open to allow the cool Scottish breeze into the room. The breakfast was delicious."

The grounds were pretty being right on the river. Our room was spacious and pretty comfortable, though at the price point for the room, felt that the amenities could use some love and attention. The property was absolutely magical and the location couldn’t have been better being as though it was very close to so many prime sites. "The accommodation is over priced for what you get. There were hairs and black pubic hair in the bed when I pulled back the duvet - something I wasn’t expecting to see. The bedding is poor quality; the pillows are flat micro fibre, duvet thin micro fibre and the mattress cover is thin almost see through, the mattress is poor quality too. When I took a shower the ON handle came off in my hand and the shower tray filled to the top over flowing into the bathroom, the plug was blocked with hair -...

"The accomodation was very good great central location and the bedrooms that we stayed in on the back of the building were nice and quiet. Beds super comfortable. Our only gripe would be the on site manager was quite aggressive. There was a fault with one of the rooms key card locks which meant we couldn't access until a locksmith sorted it. It was eventually sorted but could have been handled much better by him. "
