"The temps were in the high 90's on the day I arrived. I got into my room at 7pm and the a/c was off and the room was a literal hotbox. It was extremely uncomfortable. I had to turn on the a/c and leave for a couple hours before considering going back. Upon returning it was only a little bit better and I was uncomfortable all night. I understand that a/c units are not just 'on' in every room, that would be beyond wasteful. But when someone is coming to your hotel when you know the windows...
"Easy parking and convenient location. The facility is wearing out. It’s where a large number of construction workers stay and I don’t think they are putting much effort into upkeep. However, the staff was friendly and helpful and housekeeping did a good job."
"Clean air,good breakfast,
Staff is rigid, not flexible, using standard meaningless texting without addressing an issues, close to shopping, Safeway store."
"Very clean, comfortable, welcoming environment, great breakfast, loved the iced citrus water available 24/7, friendly and helpful staff.
Our only complaint was that the auxiliary outlets between the beds were not working. We both have a variety of items that need overnight charging AND close accessibility during the night so it took some work and creativity to get everything set up. Hopefully they address it soon"
"design was underwhelming - prefab small houses. Staff was generally unavailable to help solve problems. However, excellent artwork by local artist!!!!"
"Staff was excellent- stayed a few minutes late to be there to check us in after 4:30pm; helpful with recommendations for local wineries, etc.
Nice to have afternoon wine (although we only took advantage upon arrival) and free tasting at the local Wilson wineries.
Our room was outside the main building. It seemed not as well maintained/updated as those inside the main Inn.
Overall, a very nice stay at the Camelia Inn. We would definitely stay again when back in the area."
"My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend here. Our goal was to be close to nature with a nice clean room to sleep in.
The room was clean. The outdoor garden / terrace was serene. Access to kayaking and the forest was a huge plus. Property is kept with the understanding the house is beneath trees and there will be leaves / dust. Staff were very pleasant. Decor and food were ok. Overall, we left happy."
