"The initial welcome was not good by one of the receptionists however all the remaining staff were brilliant especially in the restaurant. The venue needs to install EV charging though !"

"Every aspect of our stay was fabulous. Everything was extremely clean and beautiful. Staff was very sweet and spoke English with us. The breakfast was wonderful. We got little bags of sweet treats on the way out too. My whole family highly recommends staying here. ❤️"

"We had an amazing experience. The Chateau and the surrounding grounds are beautiful...like living in a fairy tale. The owners and staff are very kind and welcoming. "I was not expecting to stay in a side building made of bedrooms. It did not feel like a hotel at all. Just a bedroom in a building. When l asked why not staying in the small hotel building, the answer was l don’t have a choice or preference.????"

"I can’t praise Bastogne enough! The hotel was clean and modern. There’s a restaurant called “Nuts” across the way from the Leo. I highly recommend getting the trout there. It was delicious. Also, if you’re in the area you must visit the Bastogne War Museum. Parking was easy behind the hotel. Bed was comfy!"

"This inpromptu stay, while travelling home, was a really pleasant experience. The food in the restaurant was amazing, the room was massive and we even had a jacuzzi style bath! Staff could have not been more helpful and even made a pretty good cup of tea for my wife on the morning of her birthday! (We are from the UK and good tea is hard to come by). We loved the hotel, really can't recommend highly enough."
