"The only window in the room was in the bathroom. WIth an open shower and blinds that did not fully close, I had to shower in the dark so the kids running by outside didn't get a full show. Also, the water never really got hot. So it was a short shower in cool water. I didn't find the shampoo, soap etc until after I had showered. It was under the table between the two beds instead of in the bathroom. There was a lot of noise outside my room while I was trying to go to sleep. The room decor and...

"They never came to clean the room the whole time I stayed there. Trash never picked up. bed was hard as a rock. I slept on the couch. 5 days no thash pick up!"
