"This hotel was very nice, clean and quite full of history. The buildings in Florence are old but this one was very well maintained and a beautiful hotel with character and charm. Breakfast had good choices and variety. The rooms are big compared to more modern buildings and takes you back in time. And the staff were friendly and helpful. We were centrally located and everything was easy to get to. I would love to stay here again."
"Very nice hotel, the rooms were clean and roomy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with maps of the city, gave us tips on where to go for various things and arranged for a taxi for us when we left. They were also very accommodating with us Americans always asking for ice! Breakfast was great too! We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitly stay there again."
"Excelente servicio, Arquitectura bonita acorde a la ciudad. Fácil acceso de transporte público. Buen servicio de alimentos y bebidas. Muy recomendable."

"In reference to the hotel, you couldn’t ask for a better location The rooftop bar is beautiful. You have a great view. You can enjoy it the breakfast was great. The rooms are clean. It’s an older building so you’re gonna have to deal with a small bathroom but overall, the facilities is a good place to stay. "The room was small but clean and well appointed.
In an excellent location close the Duomo and a 10 minute walk to the train station.
I would highly recommend this hotel."
