No issues with late check out. I will keep coming back."

"Great community on the water. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and there was security in parking areas. The room and patio was clean. The patio door was a little hard to shut but we got it. The ac worked great and there's hot water! We only stayed one night but I'd love to come back and stay for at least 3. The restaurant near our room served a nice breakfast and the view of Taal Lake was beautiful. "

However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. "We booked and paid for 6 nights but stayed only one night. It is a ridiculously annoying place to stay- very noisy Aircon in the room( hub said it felt like we're still on the plane), sink in the bathroom is clogged, our WiFi didn't work, key card room did not work, no bath mat, floor of bathroom is wet, the taps of the shower were annoying, reversibg the on and off, if I turn off the shower, the water from the bottom tap turns on, it was awful to use. I have not finished showering and the new...

"While the room was a nice size with AC, it only had a bed and table with one chair. The bathroom shower floor was the same level as the main bathroom floor which resulted in the entire bathroom floor getting wet when taking a shower. There was also a strong sewage smell throughout our stay."
