"Was thinking about writing a bad review so people wouldn't come here. But the truth is that it's a wonderful hotel, in a great spot with lovely staff. Even air condition was quiet and efficient. Hotel felt well kept and very well built. Comfy beds and good sized rooms. "

"This is a brand new hotel. We were the first Expedia customers staying here. We were extremely happy with our stay. We had a great view of the water and harbour area of Ksamil. Everything is walking distance. Breakfast was was one of best we had during our stay in Albania. The roof top restaurant has amazing views. It is also where you eat breakfast. The staff working there are also wonderful. They are personable and truly want you to enjoy yourself. Highly recommend this hotel."

"I stayed 5 nights at Hotel JoAn. The first thing I should say is that the girls at the reception are very kind and helpful. The room was a bit different than expected. I paid for a room with a king size bed, and was given a queen. The couch was defective because you could feel the springs if you sat on it, and was sort of caved in in one spot (but not visible to the eye- only once you sit). My room was directly next to a bar that played very loud music 4 out of the 5 nights, so I didn’t sleep...

"Really good property. Good value for money. Clean and got everything as advertised. Ants seem to be problem in the area and there might be few in the apartment. No mosquitoes. Had bit of trouble with shower, power cuts out sometimes..Seems to be our luck in that region. However, owner communicated swiftly. Area slightly run down, but only 15 minutes walk from beach/promenade/port and other amenities. Couldn’t ask for more with the price, would recommend. "

"Casa Noste apartments are located on the hillside of Saranda, if you are on the wheelchair this is not the place for you; other than that it is the best place I ever stayed in Europe. The apartment is very clean, spacious and its amenities are in excellent condition. The owner is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wish to have a great vacation in Saranda, Albania."

"Beautiful, stylish and tasteful hotel with lovely staff. Right on the beach. The hotel is slightly on the outskirts of Saranda which means the beaches are cleaner and quieter. It’s very close to where the river meets the beach which is a beautiful serene spot. Also, the food in the Harmony restaurant is superb. I didn’t bother eating anywhere else during my stay as I knew I wouldn’t find anywhere as good. Really creative and beautiful food. I would highly recommend both the hotel and restaurant...

"We absolutely loved the apartment itself - layout, size, bed and amenities, but felt the staff was VERY unprofessional. The attendant of reception was rude, balcony furniture was in the hall and not on the balcony, and the room was not cleaned or attended to for the duration of our stay. "Hotel Agimi is clean and well-located just a short distance from the Boulevard. The view from the room is beautiful; we enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. Special shout out to Griselda at reception for her hospitality; the young woman who works the evening shift is equally gracious (sorry I don’t know her name). The breakfast is good. "The front staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful, however the property itself was very disappointing. Air conditioning didn’t work (blew air but not chilled), bathroom was filled with sugar ants, towels and bedding felt stiff and crispy, beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Parking was convenient and it was well located for an eat walk into the town but overall do not recommend, even for the budget price "
