"We tried for early check in but it was unavailable. Once checked in the unit was clean except the upstairs was musty smelling. The air conditioning systems was multiple split units which worked but we had to turn on an overall unit fan for them to work properly. The hot tub had a lose headrest. The restaurant closes early and for a very few tables had extremely slow service. Took 40 minutes to get our drinks. Overall I wouldn’t go back the stay for the price doesn’t align. "

"We travelled for our wedding but they wouldn’t confirm an early checkin, so we had to change the time of our wedding so we had time to get ready. The online staff were not kind or understanding. But the local onsite staff were very kind. "

"Its a great location in Old Town Cottonwood. Convenient parking. Can walk to many attractions. The hotell itself is quaint and cozy with an intimate courtyard with patio seating & grill. The hotel rooms have been totally upgraded too. Nice bath. I love this place, i always retrun"
