"Great location close to Shibuya station with access to all the places you want to visit in Tokyo - Shinjuku, Ginza, Naka Meguro, and any easy 15-20min walk along Cat street to Omotesando and Harajuku. Like that they have laundry (washing machine and dryers) and vending machines on 5th Floor. Ice making machine also came in handy. Wish Smart TVs with YouTube were in every room but are only in higher grade ones."

"The property was clean and the staff are very friendly and excellent. We got checked out in less than a minute. The property is less than a block from the train station(like 3 minutes walk). The area around is very quiet and convenient with little stores but not a whole lot of dining option around. The hotel room is a little small for 3 full beds (we expect it in Japan :)) the room was cleaned every day and the cleaners were very nice and polite. The only negative was the rock hard pillows they...
