"Need to park on the street as there is only 8 or so secure parking spots"

"The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our only real issue was the after hours check in process."

"自炊したいので、料理器具全部揃ってます。現地生活体験できるから、とてもいい経験になりました。"

"Nothing to complain about, the staff were exceptional. Thank you for a great stay."

"Check-in was a terrible experience. From all the communications we had from the hotel we were told that check-in or frontdesk was open to 8pm daily, Not once were we told in any way that late checkout was from 6pm. So we arrived for check-in around 7pm and were locked out and had to knock loudly for a while to be heard and let in. Once we were in, the lady at reception was rude and took no responsibility, no apologies given for the failure to advise us that after-hours check-in was from 6pm....

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The pool was fantastic, the rooms were lovely and quiet, and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely added touch and made mornings so easy — one less thing to think about when travelling! We would happily stay here again (actually this is our 3rd or 4th stay) and highly recommend it to anyone looking...

"The location was walking distance to CBD. Staff were great. Cleanliness great. Loved the bbq and pool area and kitchen and laundry were very handy. Thank you for a great stay in Cairns!"

"We had an outstanding time staying at Citysider! The apartment was spotlessly clean with linen and towels provided. The apartment was spacious, easily roomy enough for a family with a large dinner table, and big sofa. The pool area is lovely, offering shade & a bbq area with several tables. The manger & his partner looked after us with directions and help, they were wonderful! Citysider is located close to the city, a 10-15 minute stroll to the central plaza where you’ll find everything you...

"寝室の壁が薄く金曜日夜の騒音（近くのパブでの客の声）が気になりました。それ以外の日も週末は音楽が夜中２-3時まで続いたりしていました。それ以外は部屋も広く綺麗でシャワー室、トイレも2つ、ベットがある部屋も3つあり親子2世代で泊まるに良かったです"

"Very clean, great location and close to everything in the city. Very friendly and family owned"
