Clean and easy walking distance to bars and restaurants Not many off street parking places so if they are full you will need to park on the street. Excellent value for money compared to some of the accommodation in Cairns

Easy walk to cafes and tourist attractions. Rooms are basic (could do with a small armchair) Comfortable bed. Good bathroom. My only major complaint is that the rooms on the ground floor near the barbecue are not private, needed to keep my curtains closed.

I was impressed at the great value for a well kept clean., Pleasant place to stay. And convenient to downtown within walking distance, Staff seemed to be a well Organized team That work together well. I am into building maintenance and property management. I would give them a high rating at what I saw with their property management. Breakfast was a good value as well and conveniant. Pool was a nice bonus. Nice to have a washer and dryer room. Overall, great experience,, friendly staff as well.

Reception was friendly. Towels and blankets obviously quite used and have stains. And I am 100% sure I forgot my charger in the room when checking out, but the staff insisted that they didn’t find it. So either they do a very bad job at cleaning up the room, or the cleaning staff kept it.
