"Cleaning, customer services, comfort, all 10/10 I stayed in room 26 for a night with my sister, we had an amazing experience. Beds are clean, bathroom shiny clean, receptionists were very helpful and polite. I told her we start work at 8am so we have to leave at 7am, we don’t have time to have breakfast she kindly ordered us egg sandwiches (our choices) to be prepared before we leave in the morning. They gave us a big breakfast pack of egg sandwiches, apples, pack of crisps, a bottle of water,...

"Ample for what we paid. All working & fit for purpose, though I have trouble with stairs & being on the 2nd floor was a bit of a job as the lift wasn't in action. The sprinkler was hanging off the ceiling, but didn't effect our stay. Quite a noisy room, being directly above the moving bollard but luckily I brought my earplugs so didn't bother me too much."

"Lovely hotel and room. The room had a bath in bedroom, the would accommodate 2 people. Plenty of various covers and water in the fridge. Offsite parking near the hotel, which is cheap. A few disabled spots at the side of the hotel. "

"Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. The WiFi wasn’t very good and to get the gym or pool access card you have to go to reception and hand in your key which is a bit odd. Other than that, superb!"

"Really enjoyed my stay at the Tower hotel and spa, the staff are super friendly and efficient and the food is delicious I had the roast lamb dinner both nights of my stay because it was so delicious, I didn’t sleep very well on my first night in the tower and mentioned this to a lovely lady who worked in the restaurant and in no time at all they moved me to another room, nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be returning. "

"Although very slightly a little old fashioned it was excellent. The main asset of this hotel is the staff as every single person we met with was very friendly, courteous and efficient. Probably suits the more mature clientele, which is us, and the entertainment in the evening most likely would get through the auditions on Britain’s Got Talent but this is more than made up for by the staff and delicious food especially breakfasts. "

"The setting is a lovely village green, a great place to try out the various ales on tap. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well equipped. Although we found the beds uncomfortable. Breakfast is recommended especially at £7.50 per head, per morning (if you pay upfront). Although there are items missing that were on the online menu, everyone including me kept asking for the pancakes! Would highly recommend, as long as you can stomach the usual noise associated with a pub and unsupportive...

"This was our second stay at The Great House. Last time we had a room in the hotel building this time it was in the "annex". Very comfortable, large room. Staff were all really nice, very good breakfast on both days. Enjoyed the cocktails too. Thanks to all the team."

"When I arrived, there was no heating on in the room and it was quite chilly. I had a word with reception and it was soon resolved. Someone came to the rescue! Comfortable, quiet and pleasant all night. Very friendly and helpful at the Thomas Arms. I will be returning when on my regular visits to Llanelli. Thanks. "
