"This is a hidden gem.Nor right in the centre of Skipton but only a few minutes walk.Lovly welcome on arrival.Quick and efficient check-in.Very secure accomodation as you needed a key to enter in the evenings A lovely lady took us to the room.Absolutley spotless.Tea and coffee making facilities and nice biscuits!!One of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in and the cleanest most well ironed sheets I've ever seen.When we went down to breakfast we were greeted and offered tea or coffee. A nice continental selection and a menu to.orxer hot food.I had an omelette and my husband had the full English.Piping hot and fresh.So.much nicer than a big hotel where food is left out.If your staying in Skipton don't miss this little hidden gem.Very wellmanaged establishment .Lovely staff that management should be very proud of.Happy staff happy team. "Stayed here in 2023 and excellent once again. Lovely room 1 Pen-y-gent the walk in shower i wish i could take home. Plenty of tea coffee in room and toiletries. Had steak and ale pie with veg and chips. Big chunks of tender meat in luscious gravy, chips were home made and not the usual frozen ones! Meal was excellent. Lovely fire in bar which was really welcoming on such a bad day Nice breakfast. Great you could check in after 2pm as the weather was awful out and could check out at 11 am. Enjoyed my stay again and will be back. "
