"Fantastic views over the beach to the palace. I could have sat on the balcony all day and never tired of the view. The infinity pool has a similarly nice outlook. The breakfast offered a good choice and quality. All the staff were friendly and efficient. No negatives whatsoever."

Spotlessly clean room, well equipped (TV, fridge, coffee maker, shower gel, pool towels) and each day alongside complementary water and coffee pods, a gift was left in our room to enable us to sample some regional food delicacies. All the staff were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable… nothing was too much trouble. This is a gem of a hotel! "

"Nice hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Clean and bed was comfortable. The only thing was air conditioning wasn’t great but as high up we was able to open window and it was quiet. Breakfast was good lots of choice for continental. "

"The hotel feels dated but it's nautically themed so it's forgiveable. Found myself having to isolate a buzzing switchboard however at night to sleep. Great staff, nice comfortable room and a decent shower. Bit of a walk from the bus station but would be a short taxi ride and plenty of on street parking available. Close to the beach. "

"Stay was great, easy, comfortable. The room felt so clean it could’ve been brand new. Staff was great and helpful with late check in instructions and good breakfast. Only slight downside is that walls are thin enough and area quiet enough to hear the people above/next door fairly easy at night. Just add your own white noise or earplugs and you’re set."

"On arrival at 13.00 we were told that we could not have our room key until 14.30. Fair enough although most hotels that we have stayed in have been flexible on this point. Asked if they had a room for luggage while we went for lunch. No but we could leave it in the lounge. We left it and decided to go out for lunch. when we returned at 14.30 we were given the key to our room which was on the second floor despite requesting a lower floor room. "Nos pusieron 2 toallas de ducha y dos de baño para 4 días y 4 personas,nos faltaban sábanas para las dos camas abatibles,se iba la luz al poner el microondas,la cafetera tenía rota el asa...al coger el café caliente había que hacer malabares y en general le hace falta renovación de mobiliario,los digas con manchas y quemaduras de cigarrillo,por lo demás la estancia bien,camas cómodas y bien ubicado el lugar."

"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...
