"This is a very unique and beautiful stay. It is a steep walk down a few steps to the boathouse and is a little tight with luggage. The washer and dryer are below the boathouse and accessible through a trapdoor and down a small ladder- it's fun to go down to. The shower is very small and you will be unable to stand upright in it- you just gotta sit to shower. Despite the few quirks, we absolutely loved this boathouse stay. "The location is perfect for all trips within the islands. however, there seem to be more apartments there, but all travellers without success rattled our door handle on a daily basis as they were probably not correctly instructed as to where their key was stored. also, the apartment is very noisy from whoever lives above. you hear every step, all the time. The street is quiet, but the cohabitants are making a lot of noise. Other than that, this is a wonderful place to stay when in Torshavn."
