"We stayed overnight. It was a decent place. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The $250 security deposit caught me off guard. I guess I missed the fine print. Because of that, I won't be staying there again. "

"Although by the airport, i never heard airport noise. A few restaurants within walking distance. A decent hot breakfast option The front desk staff were friendly. The room was clean. The only reason for not giving 5 stars for condition was the laminate floor pieces glued back down that were sticking up slightly on the floor which was a tripping hazard."

"The public spaces were beautiful, rooms clean, parking easy to access, which is rare in a downtown area, & the hotel staff were kind and very helpful! Would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel was basically fine. Nice large room. Some updating and repairs needed though. The elevator has torn up shabby carpet and the hallways smelled dank and moldy. I think the Sheraton needs to invest some money into the property to take care of these things. Not a major undertaking to replace some carpets and update. The restaurant was a bit overwhelmed and understaffed, but we finally got served by a lovely woman named Edwina who took really good care of us, she was a doll! "

"Staff were very friendly. We could hear movement on the floor above which woke us about 2 am. Breakfast was sufficient. Close to I40 which was what we were looking for. Found a great restaurant nearby. "
