"The property was nice, but found it a bit pricey for the level of service and amenities. When we called to ask for an early check in the woman was quite rude. The elevator was out on our side of the property so we had to take a strange and confusing route up one elevator then up another stairwell, which was fine once we got used to it, but the staff didn’t do a great job helping us understand. "My sister and I stayed here last summer. Having the balcony and kitchenette made it the most relaxing vacation we'd ever had. All the staff we met were wonderful, everything on the grounds and in our room is was so clean (there weren't any cobwebs on our balcony, for example) and the service is incredibly responsive. We plan on returning every year, if we can. We aren't members and have to wait until the rooms open up to the general public to book. We highly recommend this hotel !!"

"Property was great. Advertisement says 10-15 min to the village its more like 25 mins but that didn't bother us it was a beautiful day to walk to the village. The chalet had everything we needed, it was a great space. The outside of the chalet could use a little paint job and fixing up but the inside was beautiful. Just what we needed for a relaxing stay.
