"This spot is considered safe but it did not feel safe for a woman travelling alone. The bathroom windows had no locks- you could literally remove them- meaning anyone could get in as it is all on one floor. the door had no bolt lock, the room smelled like chemicals, it was not pleasant, it was not comfortable, it did not feel safe. i ended up checking out immediately and lost money- i booked a room in Collingwood instead"

"Accomodation was what we needed for our stay..... Clean and had everything it said it was going to have. Close to the beach.Very poor customer service. Our stay coincided with an event happening and the ad for the place said absolutely no events. Property manager was unprofessional and did not keep the complaint anonymous which made for an uncomfortable stay.Set up of the even could have been better planned."

"The cabin was quiet and in a great location close to the main beach. Had a good sleep. Also, enjoyed the kitchen that had a full size fridge and oven. And the shared bbq was clean and in a nice common location with tables.We brought our own towels, toilet paper, paper towel as per the listing suggests."

"Rented this cottage for a few days with my daughter and two granddaughters. Upon arrival in the kitchen area there were three dinner plates and two other plates about three mugs. Outside two chairs to sit outside. This location is basically a parking lot with two rows of cottages on it, there is no green space if you want to sit outside you’re sitting on the hot pavement. There was a picnic table. The premises are very small outdated not that clean. We did not stay as this place was not suitable at all for a family who wanted to enjoy a few days together. The so-called five minute walk to the beach was unrealistic. Unless you were 20 years old and extremely fit and you could race walk. Not suitable at all for myself a senior citizen with some limited mobility. We did contact the host upon arrival advising that we wanted to cancel. We have raised the issue as a dispute with vrbo "

" We left our stay at the Zero Cottage a day early due to extremely uncomfortable beds and an overall poor experience. The master bed was all springs, the trundles were rock hard, and the AC unit was ineffective and noisy. The cottage was not properly cleaned before our arrival, with used clothing on shelves and food in the drain. Other issues included a poorly maintained fridge, a dangerous floor hole, and a bedframe that blocked the door and caused injury. Additionally, loud outdoor music or karaoke disrupted our rest. Although the host was nice, the condition of the cottage was unacceptable, especially for our only vacation this year. We requested a partial refund and have had no response on the Verbo app. We will not return or recommend Kora Cottages. The old saying “you get what you pay for” holds true at Kora. "

"We liked the closeness to the beach Was told prior to arrival, the cleaning staff had entered at 11am, the arrived when I was entering at approx .4:30pm. It was dirty with dog hair on the floors, sofa and pillows. The balcony off the livingroom was full of at least 4 day old Pidgeon feces, also on the other two balconies. Maintenance cleaned one WHILE we were there, the other two the next day.. The garage door was defective. Cleaning staff fixed it initially, it happened again after entering with the car. The kitchen 'stickem tiles' falling off the wall. Communication was sparse. Texted concerns the day after departure, no response. The high cost of this weekend rental should not have involved all these problems without some form of reciprocation. I do not recommend this VRBO to anyone "

"Me and my group stayed for 2 nights and absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The cabin, location, photos, etc were exact and cozy. Tristian explained everything during check in and was also able to help as we ran out of toilet paper (although they do supply). It’s also not even a 5min walk to the beach! Overall absolutely enjoyed it and will be back! "
