The owner was amazing, a very friendly person who can assist you with doing anything you want to do in key west, such as catamarans, Jetskiing or any other activity you could think of. If I had to pay to park on the street I would be very unhappy. Some maintenance is needed but nothing major. I would like to have staff on site to answer questions, however, my texts were answered within 1/2 hour. I would like it to be a true b&b with breakfast. Loved the all day coffee, water, and ice. Very convenient. Very close to Duval...
