Our villa was very nice; however, we had items stolen from us by the pool (including an iPhone). Beware and watch your things if you stay here. The hotel wasn’t very helpful and offered no apologies.

Nice property with 2 bed / 2 bath rooms. However they never notified us when our room was ready despite us checking in early and them explicitly telling us they'd call or text when the room was ready. Also at check out they tried to charge me for the entire stay again despite me havint paid in full at booking, which they blamed on a new hire.

The property is in a excellent location juts in the middle of everywhere there in Key West. The hotel is clean and the pool is very nice.

It's advertised as a beach front property, but it's not. It's smelly outside and wat too many Karen's and Ken's for my taste. We don't smoke cigarettes, but noticed that some of the guest couldn't wait to make phone calls on those that did smoke in designated areas. Too crazy for my taste. The beach is not swim friendly and all of the water front smells bad. Plus, they push you to visit them about time share options, even if you just need information or concierge service (eye-roll inserted)!

Just a few things with this property the property itself was very comfortable and very enjoyable the down falls where the elevator was down for service and to the staff’s credit we where informed very well in advance of our stay the only other thing was the parking garage wasn’t tall enough for our rental but it was a ford transit 15 person van
