The only slight negative was that w/o AC it can be hot in the summertime before it cools off overnight (have to have windows wide open). We had a school group of boys making noise one floor below us until like 1030pm, but when I complained to the front desk they quickly took care of it. Hotel lobby and grounds clean and safe. "
