No hot water for that matter, not even soap, the bathroom door didn't close (not just the lock; it just stayed wide open), the temperature in the room could not be changed I could go on, but it was really bad. We checked out after just one night and lost the money for the additional night, even though I explained this on writing to the staff. "

"I made a reservation for this hotel in June 2021, my stay was supposed to be on December 4, 2021. But when I arrived there, the security officer told me that the hotel was closed for over 4 months ago. I didnt recieved ANY kind of advice or notification from the hotel about it's closure. I have no place to stay for that night. It was a very disgusting experience. Orbitz should contact administrators, request some kind of explanations and inform the customers. "
