"Amazing location and a great deal for a hotel right on Universal property. You walk out of the lobby onto the City walk, and a short walk to the front gates. Rather than move all our suitcases and things, we used this as a base to explore Osaka, and it worked very well... this is also very close to the Universal City train station. It's a little tricky navigating from there because Universal City station is just off the main loop, so some trains will go all the way into the loop, some only...

"The room was as expected. The Onsen, however, was surprisingly great, especially after a long flight. The breakfast included was great as well. There is a short 10min walk from the train station that wasn’t clearly marked and google maps wasn’t cooperating, but we got there. There isn’t anybody at reception but there are 2 friendly dinosaurs that my 9 yo loved conversing with. We would stay again because of the inclusion of the Onsen alone. "
