"Waited about one hour after midnight for shuttle to arrive. Was able to check-in quickly and go right up to the room. The room was very nice and the bathroom even better. In fact the bathroom was incredible. The bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed. Only complaint was the in-room-safe did not work, likely because batteries were drained.. "I like the design and the layout of the hotel. The roof-top swimming pool and the fitness room is really nice with a good view of the area surrounding the hotel. Fika Rooms wouldn't refund my full stay and still charged me for multiple nights. Their issue should be with the Indonesian government, not me. I already had a bad enough time at the airports arranging things for my return. Fika rooms just added to my miser y."
