"The rooms are spacious and clean. The only issue is that the door to room corridor is consistently banged shut at night with people coming and going. Needs a soft door closure. Food was ok, got the lobster, but was disappointed at the size of it, it says 500g of lobster, but this was a baby, probably only 150g. Not worth the high price. Other than that staff are attentive, food tasted great, breakfast was delicious."

"What a great place to stay, some of the place needs updates as things are looking tried. But would not stop us rebooking again. Our room was great. The restaurant had great food and service great too. Minnie was a pleasure to deal with. Loved that it was right on the beach. The staff looked after us so well as we got sick on our trip and needed food brought to the room was not a problem. Loved the feel of this place. We will be back on my redo trip! "The property is right at the beach and they have complimentary snorkel gear , kayaks , paddle boards and bikes available. People are very nice and helpful. Lotus ponds are beautiful. "We found Magic Reef to be an absolutely ideal resort property. The bungalows are very well designed and appointed and each has a view of the beach. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the waterfront gazebo and deck area was a lovely place to spend time watching the waves crash on the reef in the distance. Cars were available for rent on site which was very convenient and there were restaurants within walking distance along the beach - how great is it to walk along a sand beach to a table...

"We chose it for the fantastic beach area and the wide lagoon to swim and snorkel in. Along with staying at a smaller resort which is quiet. The free breakfast was very good with a range of fruits and baked goods. All our lunch and dinners at the Hibiscus restaurant were great value and tasty. Loved the caesar salad. While the units are clean, they are looking a little tired and could.do.with new paint. The pool was quiet small and we didnt end up using it as we preferred the beach. "
