Very close to everything you need, restuarants, the main part of town, walking trails, ferry. There is a public pool just down the road which was great spot when the weather isn't great. The host of readily available if you had questions. They have a washing machine which is super helpful on a long trip, but be prepared to hang dry, which is not a big deal."
