"I liked the location of the Hotel San Francisco l. It was close enough to the Plaza without all the noise. The service was excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast and will stay there again the next time I go to Toluca."

"I wanted to stay in a hotel close to downtown Toluca so I could walk to the main attractions. The hotel fulfilled this goal. However, it could have been much better. When we came in, we were sent to a room that was not cleaned yet. We had to go back to the lobby and get another room. Receptionist only gave us the key and the TV control. We came back late that night and the TV didn’t have many options and I couldn’t connect to the internet. Well, I asked next day about those things and reception printed out a paper with information about internet and TV service. Also, heat was bad the days we stayed (rooms do not have climate). So I have to ask again about what to do and then, they told me a fan could be borrow. I don’t know why I had to ask for those services, I would have wanted that the reception team was proactive on the needs of the customers. They are not customer oriented. And that it’s the major reason I gave them a 3 star rating overall. Hope they improve. "

"I had no issues with my room. Everything was clean and space was enough. I was told my reservation was canceled upon arrival and had to pay a higher price which I did not like. Breakfast really didn't have many options. Had coffee and toast."

"The breakfast was outstanding; it is not the usual breakfast included at these hotels, but much better and varied. In addition, the servers were amazing. As I stated, the property is average; some things may need some improvement, such as the mattresses and towels."
