"Excellent place to stay. Very clean and quiet. The room has everything you need for your stay..dental kits, shaving kits, shampoo and soap. All included. Even the city wristband to view certain historic sites, which is usually 12 EU per person."

"This hotel is a gem! We stayed here for four nights as a base for going to PuyDuFou and found this hotel to be conveniently located on the edge of Toledo's old town. Close enough to be in the main town within a few minutes but far enough from the crowds. The room was clean and comfortable with good A\C. Breakfast was well organised on a timetable. "I didn’t stay at the property. I intended to make a reservation for four nights at Hotel Plaza Mayor in Madrid, but mistakenly reserved for four nights at the unrelated Hotel Plaza Mayor in Toledo. I called the hotel to fix the mistake, but they refused to refund any of my four nights’ charges, and I had to pay for that as well as four nights’ stay at a different hotel in Madrid."

"The hotel is beautiful inside and very cozy. I liked it a lot in that sense. However, there was a pit smell in the reception area which was not comfortable. Additionally, you can hear other guests through the walls. Overall it was a good experience because the hotel looks really nice. However, I would explore other options next time. "

"We booked a one night stay. The room was like a sauna, no AC. I inquired and was told they had no idea when it would be fixed. The hall was cool??? No effort to move us, stated the problem was with all rooms. The entry area was cool??? We did not stay, the temperature was stuck on 31.5C°. Do not recommend this hotel, they could have notified us about the problem as we booked it several days in advance. Very unprofessional, did not offer any compensation. Never use this hotel chain again."

"The hotel has private parking for 14€. Very convenient location to the escalators leading up to the historic city. There is a restaurant /cafeteria and a buffet breakfast 12€ pp. There are several rooms choices to choose from. We would definitely stay again. "
