"Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Beautiful, impeccable, close to all the monuments in Toledo, great amenities (spa), spectacular views from our window. The most helpful staff you can ask for. Kelvin is amazing...so charming and knowledgeable (he gave us a private tour of all the historical elements in the building and the history behind it)!!!!! Angel was super kind and helpful. The entire staff was incredible. We will come back and from now on will always try to book historical boutique hotels from this company. We will be eternally grateful for the exceptional attention we received and the beautiful memories."

"The hotel and the rooms were very clean. Rooms are a bit small so watch out how many pieces of luggage you have. Location is excellent in the middle of the Old Town. Overall excellent."
