Hotel Santa Isabel

"Beautiful property with incredible views from the roof deck. And the staff, especially Lucia, was very helpful and patient, which was so appreciated, since we had car trouble and were frazzled when we arrived. Garage parking. But, be aware, everything is very tight. We had to pull in the mirrors to fit through some of the streets."

"Towels were not clean. One of the bathrooms door was falling apart and couldn't close it. I got there at 10 p.m. and there was nobody in the reception. I had no Internet and there was no way to contact them. They have a phone number to call but nobody answered. I had to wait for someone to help me get wifi so I can contact them thorough whatsapp."

"The views from this hotel were amazing! We were really pleased with our room as well. We arrived mid-afternoon, and wanted to grab lunch in the restaurant, we did not find the menu to offer great options. Breakfast was amazing though! Staff was not super warm/welcoming or offer up help. When we asked questions they were helpful."

"Un hôtel qui prend de l’âge mais qui reste une bonne option pour plusieurs raisons. Propre et vaste chambre(demandez à être coté piscine). Personnel sympathique. La piscine est grande et propre. Stationnement gratuit. Prix raisonnable. Petit déjeuner avec choix, mais les œufs brouillés sont en gibelotte(pas terrible) et froid. L’hôtel est assez loin du centre mais juste à côté d’un Burger King et d’un Aldi(épicerie). Il y a aussi à côté une station d’essence au meilleur prix en ville! Un bus passe directement devant le stationnement de l’hôtel et vous emmène au centre en 20 minutes. Un taxi pour le centre coûte 10€. Un Uber 7/8€. 40 minutes à pied."

"De verdad 100% recomendado, cuartos impecables, personal atento, precio accesible, lo único malo es que tendrías que coger uber/taxi para llegar a Gran Vía, y lugares turísticos, porque queda a 30 minutos, pero más allá de eso, PERFECTO"
