"I stayed over 10 days in the Hard Rock and had such a pleasent time there. Staff were extremely nice and helpfull , it made my experience much better. The room was always impeccable and organized . Thank you so much for the attention :)"

"This is a no frills hotel, after traveling for 10 hours, it would have been nice to have some water in the room, there was no refrigerator as well. The only amenities supplied was hand soap and body wash. Wifi was spotty at times, if you need to connect to work e-mail, it maybe iffy!! Hotel staff spoke limited english. Overall the room was clean and it was just an ok stay. For the amount paid, the value wasn't there."

"This hotel has a very hip and chic vibe to it. The lobby is vibrant and inviting. The rooms are pretty small. I did not care for the fact that the hallways to the rooms have automatic lights that shut off with no movement. A few times when we were walking down the hall it was pitch black until the sensor picked up our movement. It was a little unnerving. I wish there were irons provided in the rooms. I had to call for one and it took them almost an hour to deliver it causing me to miss breakfast. I ended up steaming my clothes by running a hot shower. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again. If you need access to the Atocha train station, this is the hotel for you!!!"

"Definitely an amazing place to stay in the heart of Madrid! The apartment was beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. It’s not easy to find accommodations with this much space and comfort right in the center of the city. The location was perfect for exploring Madrid, and the apartment made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. Definitely a place I would come back to!"
