"This was by far the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The posting is very misleading as the hostel doesn’t look anything like the photos provided. There is no signage or indication of the hostel from the street. You have to knock on a door and you’re let into what looks like someone’s personal kitchen. There's a small, dirty kitchen with the owners sitting in folding chairs, 2 dorms, and 2 bathrooms. Both dorms are extremely crammed in with almost no space. Your head will be directly against...

"Jesus and his partners run a very clean and convenient hostel in a busy location in Madrid. They worked tireless to accommodate myself and other guest. They provide clean bedding, towels and offer laundry and breakfast. The location is awesome as it is near Reina Sofia art museum and other great places to eat and shop. If I could give 10 stars I would."

"Very disorganized. I had to wait for 30 minutes just for someone to let me in, one couple was waiting for over one hour. One person finally comes in and we as a group walk to one area of apartments and then we waited another 30 minutes before walking another 20 minutes to another apartment area. Then when we get to the other apartment area the key wasn't working because she took us to the wrong apartment. Then we finally get to the correct apartment. "Pedro was wonderful to work with. There was a sewer smell in bathrooms and downstairs so unable to use basement but because we had enough beds upstairs it worked. Pedro came immediately when we asked him to BUT We were hoping it would clear up the smell and fix the problem, we weren’t that lucky as it was not resolved. This is why the rating was lower. The house is functional and provided our needs"

"Buen lugar para desconectar y su ubicación permite visitar pueblos como Aranjuez y Chinchón y ciudades como Madrid y Toledo. Está ubicado en una urbanización y eso permite estar más tranquilos aunque es más complicado para ir a comprar. La casa es muy amplia y está cuidada y el dueño ha sido muy amable en todo momento con nosotros."
