"Extremely dirty and the beds had bugs. Couldn’t sleep the whole night from the noise and the smell of the hotel. Smells like sewer. Towels were not clean. Bath room was dirty and the room is extremely small. Worst experience ever."

"Hotel is in a strange location - nowhere near the city centre, no metro station within walking distance [+5km]. The service in the hotel is OK, the room didnt have 2 towels so went to reception on our way out- they couldnt actually put the towel in the room so we had to collect them when we got back at 0200. Breakfast was OK- although no eggs. Room is good and its usually good value [due to its location] but there is free parking."

"We booked two rooms for our family. The place is centrally located with numbers of grocery and dining options nearby. The town is very walkable, and an easy drive to Madrid. The air conditioning in one of the rooms barely worked and was uncomfortable. The elevator was scary and so we took the stairs to our rooms, during our two day stay. "

"Stay was ok, for what you pay for, some parts of the property could be maintained better e.g. outside seating area. There was no one around if you needed assistance. Location and walking distances to local shops and to metro around 10 mins was good. "
