"I arrive at 16:00 and the room isn't ready, the house wasn't clean and the owner was DUI, he told me to call him in one hour in order to see if the room is available, so I have to look for another hotel, beside nobody answer my request or calls, and I need a place to stay."

"Beautiful hotel. Really 5*. Only issue was the distance from centre of Toledo. Factor in €12 per taxi trip to centre. Courtesy bus would IMO trove attractiveness Lovely pool and views of Tagus Great restaraunt within walking Jardin Casa de tabordo . Cross over pedestian bridge to get there 12 mins walk Didn't try the restaurant. Was close ed one of our night's"
