Hotel was perfectly placed about 1 minute walk away from the ferry station, so easy to get around even without a car"

There is also a very nice and big restaurant right beside the hotel which was a bonus. The ferry station was about 10 minutes walk so not bad. Over all the hotel was great. "Great view of Lake Lugano - but there is a building site with 2 large cranes that suggests that in a year or so that view might be obscured by a new block. Our room was value for money but the hotel seemed to us to need investment, pretty much from top to bottom. Breakfast was good. "
