"Wir hatten Zimmer 24 Das war ok. Allerdings sehr hellhörig und im Geschoss über der 24 ist noch eine Wohnung. Wenn die da obe niessen dann hört man dan in den Zimmern darunter. Die Toilette ist genau über Zimmer 24 und man hört jeden Tropfen. Frühstück ist Ok und nicht zu wenig. "

"The meeting that I was schedule to attend in Neuchatel was cancelled a full six months before it was to take place due to the Covid-19 pandemic. When I attempted to communicate with the hotel both through Orbitz and directly to see if I could get a refund, partial, refund, or postpone my reservation until next year, my queries were met with silence. Clearly not a guest-customer oriented establishment. The kept the deposit and didn't say a word. Very poor customer relations."

"Hotel nuovissimo. Ho soggiornato il 14 maggio 2024 e l'hotel ha aperto il 6 maggio. La parte esterna non è ancora terminata, ma le parti comuni e le camere sono perfettamente finite e molto gradevoli. La mia camera non era grandissima ma era molto funzionale con belle finestre molto grandi. Letto molto comodo e bagno molto bello. E' posizionato in centro e a pochi metri dalla stazione raggiungibile a piedi. Grazie alle finestre nuove molto ben insonorizzate il treno quasi non si sente e comunque...

"Great accommodations for a small mountain town. The building was gut renovated in 2019 after having sat dormant for years after the previous hotel on site was burned down. Loved the inside vibe though the decor inside the hotel rooms were a bit sparse (spacious though). For Americans, there is no AC (not particularly uncommon) so beware. Hostess was good at communicating late checkin procedures since we did not arrive at the property until 10 pm. Overall lovely stay with all our basic needs...

"Great place. Last minute booking on a 'through Europe car trip' So we'll restored and great location. Only down was no hot drink facility in room, only in the self serve bar. Quite pricey for a basic (but beautifully decorated) room.... But that's Switzerland for you. It's an expensive country. For context, we a lot paid less per night for a very nice spa resort in Chamonix centre."
